Support

Have a question or need a hand? Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and what happened so we can help.

Which iPhones can use NestedView?
NestedView requires iOS 17 or later and an iPhone that supports simultaneous dual-camera capture. Available lenses, camera pairs, and resolutions vary by device; not every pair supports every quality setting.
How do I move or resize the small view?
Drag the inset to a corner and pinch it to change its size. Open Camera Pairing to adjust your camera pair, quality, and other capture settings.
Where are my photos and videos saved?
The review screen saves your capture to Photos when you grant access. You can also share it from that screen. Enable separate originals in Camera Pairing if you want to keep the individual camera files.
What if I denied camera or microphone access?
Camera access is required. If it was denied, tap Open Settings, enable Camera for NestedView, and return to the app. Microphone access is optional: you can still take photos and record silent video without it.
Why is my recording lower quality than the setting I chose?
Two cameras share your iPhone's capture resources. NestedView may lower the requested resolution to fit the selected camera pair's limits. The recording screen shows the applied quality.
How do I restore Plus or Pro?
Open the upgrade screen from camera settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Plus and Pro are one-time purchases with no subscription.
Does NestedView upload my captures?
NestedView processes captures on your device and does not upload them automatically. If you choose to share, the destination app or service handles that copy under its own policies.
